Miniature Minded is a blog that talks about all things Miniature Wargaming related! I decided to start up this blog as it is something I have always wanted to do. Anyone who knows me knows I can talk on miniature wargaming until the end times, so I thought, why not write my ramblings down? Also I think it is a good way to keep accountable to myself with investing myself in the hobby, especially when it comes to painting miniatures (my biggest weakness!).
My main hobby and focus tend to be around Games Workshop products like Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, Horus Heresy and dabbling in their boxed games like Warhammer Quest: The Silver Tower. I have had an interest in the hobby since I was bought my first White Dwarf magazine in 1997 (Issue 215) and have been collecting pretty much ever since.
However having said that I am open to all aspects of the Miniature Wargaming hobby and I regularly play at my local gaming club the Norman Cross Crusaders (who you can find on Facebook here) who play a number of different game systems from Warmachine, Bolt Action, SAGA, X-Wing to name a few.
I also have a keen interest in the novels linked to miniature wargaming, having a large Horus Heresy collection as well as fantasy and 40k novels.
